If you feel you’re sometimes missing out on life, feel out of control, can’t decide what to put on in the morning because nothing in your wardrobe seems to fit, here is a great place to start. I’ve been there and I know it can be difficult. But if you are willing to commit to 14 days with me, only 14 days, then I’ll help you get started on a healthier lifestyle. What have you got to loose, except maybe a few pounds? It is free, you are not required to buy anything and you’ll be joined by other like minded lifers who also want to live more fully and feel good, eat clean and maybe loose some weight.
During the challenge, you will decide what you’ll eat and move your body. You’ll make your own choices and, heck, if you want a soda or a bag of chips, I’m not here to judge. Yet by the end of the 14 days, if you really give it a try, I have a feeling you aren’t gonna want all those things as much as you used to and I’ll celebrate with you!
